We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the small sites development framework with Homes England.
The contract runs for 10 years and will deliver up to 70 new homes across the country. The developments will be predominantly residential but may include other industries, for example commercial, retail, educational or leisure.
The development type categories include:
- Conversions, Refurbishment and Works to Listed Buildings
- Residential Led Development
- Extra Care and Supported Living
- 100% Affordable Housing Developments
