Works at CTC Frimley comprised of the construction of a new 2 storey, 530m2 building to provide teaching, dining and training facilities for the South East Reserve Forces.
The scope also included alteration and refurbishment works to a grade ll listed building to deliver a disabled bedroom as well as laundry facilities, lockers, WC’s and secure rooms.
Landscaping and external works were also included.
