The scope at Cothill House School comprises of the design and construction of a new, state of the art, sports centre, providing both fully equipped large and small sports halls, complemented with high quality climbing apparatus and large squash courts and dance studios, with changing areas to facilitate users of the new hall.

Foxhills Country Club is a 19th Century Manor House, located in the scenic areas of Ottershaw, Surrey.
Foxhills provides 2 champion golf courses, alongside 4 squash courts and swimming pools. The Manor can accommodate a very large number of guests, with their 70 bedrooms and 3 restaurants, with a luxurious award winning spa and health club.
Feltham Construction were contracted to deliver a new family building at the club. The family building comprises of a creche and soft play area for infants and young children, a deli and kitchen were also provided, as well as an additional lobby to accommodate a further number of guests. Another swimming pool was constructed, with associated viewing areas and changing facilities, all these amenities are located on the ground floor.
The first floor houses a fitness studio and Children’s exercise areas.
Chesham Prepatory School was founded in 1938 and is located in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. It is a co-educational school for children aged 3 to 13 years old.
The project at Chesham Preparatory School comprised the construction of a new 25m swimming pool with changing rooms and further administration spaces for use by the pupils and staff. Works also included a new access road and took place adjacent to the exisiting sports hall, which remained in use throughout the duration of the project. The site was situated on green belt land and needed a highly sensitive approach to lessen the impact on the environment.
The Tiffin School is a boys’ grammar school founded in 1880 and is located in Kingston-upon-Thames, England.
This project delivered a 2-storey extension to the existing school sports hall, with minor alterations and refurbishment works of the existing changing areas. This involved the upgrading of mechanical and electrical services in addition to the demolition of the single storey out-buildings, as well as the diversion of existing external services and the provision of all associated external works.
The new extension is designed to reflect the existing half of the building, previously constructed, which was to provide five new additional classrooms, as well as a new commercial School kitchen, servery, dining hall for the staff and pupils.
The Police Rehabilitation Centre, Flint House is a facility for both serving and retired Police Officers, where they can receive specialist treatments for both physical and mental health.
Originally opened in June 1988 by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother, Flint House offered facilities such as physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and counselling to assist Officers in returning to full health.
This project was focused on refurbishing and extending the existing gymnasium facilities.
The new gymnasium was opened by Dame Kelly Holmes on May 15th 2019.
Eton College is a prestigious, independent boarding school for boys aged 13-18 years old. It was founded in 1440 and is located in Windsor, Berkshire.
The project consisted of the construction of a new sports pavilion to replace an existing tennis pavilion. This included a SIPS superstructure and roof by nominated sub-contractor – Bentley Projects.
The pavilion is discreetly located within the site, sheltered by existing trees and new planting to reduce the impact upon its surroundings. It provides two new sets of changing facilities, as well as a large internal clubhouse area. The use of floor to ceiling corner glazing and retractable screens allows the building to open up fully to the elements when in use. When not in use the building can be fully closed up providing security and privacy.
Installation of a new roof viewing terrace and staircase, as well as mechanical and electrical installation with the construction of new internal data hub and associated IT works.
The project was completed with hard and soft landscaping surrounding the pavilion.
Frilford Heath Golf Club is the design and construction of a 2 storey golf shop, reception and performance centre. The structure also features new offices and the erection of a viewing terrace form the first floor, together with a fresh putting green.
The structure was delivered using a CLT frame (cross laminated timber), as well as the installation of all mechanical and electrical services, including CCTV plus the heating and ventilation systems.
The performance centre allows customers and members to experience the innovative golfing simulator, as well as the opportunity to play on some of the most prestigious championship courses in the South.
