Stonor Valley Wine Store

Bank Farm Wine Store, Stonor Valley

Located in the picturesque Stonor Valley in South Oxfordshire the New Wine Store was the second building to be constructed to provide storage for the wines as they reach maturity.

This building is part of a larger masterplan for the site which includes the first building which was a new Winery and further plans to add a house for the owners and a hospitality barn.

In addition to the new building, Feltham also carried out extensive refurbishment works to the existing house.

Grove Business Park, Wantage

Constructed on a brownfield site, the works included remediation of contaminated ground before the construction of 3 large industrial blocks for B1 and B8 class uses. The blocks were subdivided to provide a variety of different sized units.

Each unit is partially fitted out with offices, kitchens and WC facilities.

Site wide infrastructure and external works were also included within the scheme.

Moreton Avenue Wallingford

Moreton Avenue, Wallingford

Feltham were appointed for the design and construction of 3 smaller commercial units for B1 and B8 class uses on Moreton Avenue, Wallingford.

The units were completed to shell and core finish, together with incoming services and associated drainage and external works.

SEGRO aerial

SEGRO, Slough

The works comprised of the design and construction of 3 seperate production and warehouse units for Slough Trading Estates.

Each warehouse unit was delivered with associated external works, drainage and services, providing ancillary facilities including offices, toilets and accommodation.

The total unit space generated is circa 60,000 sqft.

West Berkshire Brewery, Yattendon

This project was an internal fit-out of an existing farm building that was originally a cow shed. Following the cladding, the new concrete floor provided the space needed for 15, 20m high stainless steel vats to be installed with accompanying equipment for the beer brewing process.

A large office, cellar and kitchen area was created with an open public use area, boasting floor to ceiling glazing and cut oak flooring.

The works also involved a double level mezzanine with offices at 1st floor level and an additional walkway viewing platform.

Buckfast New Distribution Centre Weyhill

Buckfast Tonic Wine, Weyhill

Buckfast Tonic Wine was first introduced in the 1880s and is a caffeinated fortified wine originally made by monks at Buckfast Abbey in Devon, England, now manufactured and distributed by J. Chandler & Company.

The project was the design and construction of a distribution warehouse in Weyhill. In addition to the new warehouse a covered way was also required, connecting the existing building to the new. Additional office space and testing facilities were also included in the construction of the two-storey building.

Houndmills Industrial Phase 1

Houndmills Trade Park, Basingstoke

Works started with the demolition of the existing building which stood on the site, followed by the construction of 5 new trade warehouse units, together with all associated external works, drainage and services.

After completion of this project Feltham were awarded with the works for the next phase of the trading estate, erecting 2 units to be used for retail (pictured below)
