New Project Awarded: Arts Education School Building, Cone Ripman House, Chiswick
Feltham Construction have been awarded the contract for a new classroom and performing arts building at The Arts Education School.
The scope at ArtsEd London will provide the students with an additional 2500m2 of new, high quality learning, performance and rehearsal areas. This scheme aids the School to build and grow their musical, drama and teaching facilities.

Feltham Construction have recently completed a 38 development at Fred Francis Close of Kinsgclere Avenue in Havant for Portsmouth City Council. The scheme comprises 30 x 3 and 4 bedroom family homes together with 8 x 2 bedroom apartments together with associated roads, sewers and a large central play area.
New Project Awarded: Crossways Road, Grayshott
Feltham Construction have been awarded the design and build contract for a new development on Crossways Road in Grayshott, Surrey.
The proposed development comprises of 14 new residential flats.

Recently Completed: Beechwood Grove, Caverhsam
Beechwood Grove is an extra care scheme based in Caversham, Reading. Built in 2018, it offers a selection of 43 apartments, of which there are 16 one-bed apartments available for rent.
Recently Completed: Holder House, Abingdon
Works at Holder House have now been completed, this project involved the construction of a 2 storey extension to house 14 bed sits for supported living accommodation, as well as refurbishment of the existing buildings. The project was completed with associated ancillary facilities and drainage works.
New Project Awarded: Charterhouse School Dining Room Refurbishment
The works comprise of the refurbishment of the Schools Dining Halls, Kitchens and Serveries. Further works include re-wiring, adaptions to the plumbing, heating and ventilation systems. Internal works involve new flooring, wall tiling and decorative ceiling panels, as well as new internal and external doors, refurbed toilet areas, new serveries and dining room furniture. Recently Completed: New Training Centre, CTC Frimley
Works at CTC Frimley comprised of the construction of a new 2 storey, 530m2 building to provide teaching, dining and training facilities for the South East Reserve Forces.
The scope also included alteration and refurbishment works to a grade ll listed building to deliver a disabled bedroom as well as laundry facilities, lockers, WC’s and secure rooms.
Landscaping and external works were also included.
