Lincoln College has completed the latest step in its project to expand city-centre student accommodation, acquiring the highly coveted property of 120-121 High Street.

The project consisted of the conversion of the 19th Century Grade II listed property to create 15 modern apartments, with a further storey being added to the property providing two additional penthouse apartments for use by Licoln Students

The project took place adjacent to an occupied live environment, due to the close proximity of the College, residential and working areas, noise played a particularly large part when planning out the works. With close and regular coordination with the College, we arranged our works to avoid sensitive periods within the College day and calendar in order to avoid causing any disruption.
