Buckfast Tonic Wine was first introduced in the 1880s and is a caffeinated fortified wine originally made by monks at Buckfast Abbey in Devon, England, now manufactured and distributed by J. Chandler & Company.

The project was the design and construction of a distribution warehouse in Weyhill. In addition to the new warehouse a covered way was also required, connecting the existing building to the new. Additional office space and testing facilities were also included in the construction of the two-storey building.
