Feltham Construction have been awarded the design and construction of a new residential housing scheme consisting of 16 flats and 8 houses with associated external services in Wallingford.
Recently Completed: Iffly Road Centre, St Hilda’s College
We are delighted to have successfully delivered works at St Hilda’s College, Oxford, this project was part of an ongoing scheme to provide improved facilities for the pupils attending the College.
Refurbishment and extension works to College were completed to house 14 additional study rooms and further accommodation facilities.
New Project Awarded: Radley College
Feltham Construction have been awarded the contract for the construction of the newest boarding house L Social at Radley College.
The Social will provide residential and communal facilities for 70 boys as well as associated pastoral staff.
Works for the construction of the new building will commence on site in May 2019, and L Social will open in September 2020.
New Project Awarded: New Wine Store, Hundred Hills Winery
Feltham Construction have been awarded the contract for the Construction of a new Wine Store as well as the refurbishment of the existing house with associated drainage and external works.
Works will commence on site in January 2019

New Project Awarded: Queen Anne’s School Phase II Music and the Heart of the School
After completing Phase I of the new Music School for Queen Anne’s in June 2018, we have been awarded the second phase of works which will create a new school entrance and reception area, a Recital Hall and further facilities for the music department.
Works for Phase II will commence on site in Autumn 2018.

Phase 1 works completed at Charterhouse School.

Recently Completed: Dora Carr Close, Oxford
The project at Dora Carr Close has now been completed. The development provides 47 new homes, comprising of 15, 3 bedroom houses, 4, 4 bedroom houses and a four-storey mansion block containing 28 one- and two-bedroom flats, the dwellings are extra care flats for the elderly. The scheme also included communal facilities, including dining and catering facilities.
Dovedale Close is a residential area to the north of Caversham.
