Strawberry Hill Medical Centre, Newbury

The Strawberry Hill Medical Centre project comprised of the conversion of an existing office building to create two new doctors’ surgeries in Newbury, Berkshire.

Works included the strip out of the existing building and construction of new extensions to the front and rear of the building to create two surgeries, over 3-storeys. A ramped entrance was added to the building and two lifts were installed to provide access for all users and patients.

A shared access/courtyard was used whilst the adjacent wing of the same building was being redeveloped thus demanding close coordination with the adjoining site.
