Feltham Construction is delighted to welcome two new trainee site managers to the team as part of our ongoing commitment to developing the next generation of construction professionals.

Luke Boyt has joined us at our Signature Surbiton project, while Charlie Latimer will be working with the team delivering Hexagon in Reading. Both will be studying for their HNC in Construction Supervisor at Abingdon and Witney College, combining academic learning with valuable hands-on experience on site.

Our track record of developing apprentices into successful site managers is something we are extremely proud of. Charlie Carter and Josh Young, both based at Surbiton, followed the same path and graduated a few years ago, demonstrating the value of combining structured learning with real project delivery.

Last year, we also welcomed Josh Beard as an Apprentice/Trainee Site Manager on our Canford School Project team. Josh has since passed his first year with flying colours and continues to build his skills and experience with us.

By investing in apprenticeships and structured training, we ensure that our people have the opportunity to grow, and that our clients benefit from talented, motivated individuals who are equipped with the latest technical knowledge and practical know-how.

We look forward to supporting Luke and Charlie as they begin their journey and are excited to see the impact they will make on their respective projects.
