The project involved the demolition of an existing Pupil Referral Unit and the construction of a new two-storey building, designed to provide an exceptional teaching environment for pupils aiming to reintegrate into mainstream education. Registered under BREEAM, the scheme prioritised sustainability, incorporating energy-efficient construction methods and materials. Key features included an Air Source Heat Pump and photovoltaic (PV) panels, ensuring long-term environmental performance.
