The accommodation is split into  24no 1Bedroom  and 13no 2Bedroom flats with the façade being constructed in  reconstituted stone to match the local area with individual  air source heat pumps and communal photo voltaic cells to deliver a sustainable and energy efficient contribution to carbon reduction.
