West Berkshire Brewery, Yattendon

The works began with what was originally a cow shed; measuring approximately 3,600m². Following the cladding by others a concrete floor was poured, this transformed the area leading way for over 15, 20m high, stainless steel vats to be installed with accompanying equipment for the beer brewing process. A large office / cellar / kitchen area was created with an open public use area boasting floor to ceiling glazing and cut oak flooring. The works also involved a double level mezzanine with offices at 1st floor level and an additional walkway viewing platform.

Since completion the Brewery have been up and running to full capacity with further work for FCL including an external bar area and even moving into a second cow shed for cold storage currently in negotiation.
