37 Residential Dwellings, Ryegrass, Woodstock, West Oxford

We are working alongside Cottsway Housing Association to redevelop an existing sheltered accommodation scheme at Ryegrass, Woodstock. The scheme consists of the demolition and site clearance of existing bungalows, followed by the design & construction of 37 Residential Dwellings, across 4 blocks, all blocks will  stand 2 storeys high.

Associated external works include car parking and landscaping.

 

75 Dwellings, Bath Road, Slough

The Works comprised of the design and construction of 75 new dwellings in a single block for open market sale. The scope also involved a number of car parking spaces and bin and cycle storage, together with hard and soft landscaping, drainage and mains services.

The development was delivered by our sister partner Feltham Properties Ltd.

 

71 New Dwellings, Court Place Gardens, Oxford

We are pleased to announce that we are working alongside Oxford University Development, a joint venture between Oxford University and Legal & General, on a new 71 home development as part of a 84 home project for graduate students. The scope comprises the construction of 71 new traditional homes, housing a mix of two and three bed two storey units between Rose Hill and Iffley, south of Oxford.

Development of Arthur Hill Pool, 225 King’s Road, Reading, Berkshire

The project at Arthur Hill Pool in Reading involves the design and construction of 15 new homes, comprising of 1-bed and 2-bed apartments across two blocks and the provision of bicycle and car parking spaces, including demolition & enabling works.

The scope also includes extensive external works including, site roads, footpaths, fencing, screen walling, landscaping, drainage and service connection works.

The Arthur Hill Pool administration building is locally listed and is being retained and refurbished as part of the works.

Sustainability principles are central to the scheme, with zero carbon principles being a key requirement of the delivery.

31 Dwellings, Blenheim Court, Sycamore Drive, Carterton

We are very pleased to announce that the works are complete for our project at Blenheim Court.
The scope comprised of the construction of a 31 -bed independent scheme for over 55’s, including all service connections and infrastructure works.
Our Construction Director for the scheme mentioned how we were pleased to have worked with Cottsway again.

73 New Dwellings, Over 3 Sites, for Oxford City Housing

Feltham Construction have delivered the contract for the 73 Dwellings in Oxford, we were extremely pleased to be working alongside Oxford City Housing on this scheme.

The project was spilt into 3 sections of works:

Section 1 – Cumberledge Close: Works at Cumberledge Close comprised of the design and construction of nine, three storey houses, together with associated drainage and external works. All houses on this site are for social rent.

Section 2 – Elsfield Hall: On this site we delivered the design and construction of 26 residential apartments, in a three storey block, as well as communal areas. All units are a mix of social rent, shared ownership and private sales. This scheme also involved the construction of a new site  entrance, car parking and security fencing.

Section 3 – Between Towns Road: This site provides 35 residential apartments, in a five storey block, including communal areas, in additional this scheme also included the construction on three, three storey houses. All units on site are a mix of social rent, shared ownership and private sale. Off site works included paving  and landscaping works to site entrance and footpaths to Between Towns Road.

Park Reach

Park Reach, Newbury

Park Reach is a brand-new scheme of fourteen high quality private apartments, built over 3 floors for Feltham Properties, the development arm of the group.

The development features a range of one and two bed apartments, with a high specification finish and allocated parking. The development has been designed with excellent energy efficiency, including a large roof mounted solar array that will provide power to the building and also provide electricity to the onsite car charging points.

This is the third Feltham Properties Scheme in Newbury with more Projects in the pipeline for 2021.

Belcher Court, Dorchester-on-Thames

SOHA Housing is an award winning, community-based housing association working in and around Oxfordshire. They provide homes for affordable rent and shared ownership for people who prefer to rent or are unable to afford rent or buy in the private sector.

Feltham have been working in partnership with SOHA Housing for over 15 years and completed over 20 projects with them building over 150 dwellings to date.

The scope comprised of the design and build of 4 new residential dwellings with garages, for open market sale.

The new homes were built in a compact plot, surrounded by other housing developments and were a mix of 3 x 3 bed houses and 1 x 4 bed house.

 

Rose Hill, Oxford

Rose Hill is a residential area situated in Oxford. The road is part of a historic route from Oxford to London via Henley, running parallel to the river Isis (Thames).

The project at Rose Hill comprised the design and build of 43 affordable apartments and includes enhanced environmental features that were demanded by Building Regulations such as additional renewables and improved fabric U-values to meet the Clients criteria.

The development consisted of two separate 3-storey blocks providing a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom flats. 25 of these dwellings will be for shared ownership at Desborough Crescent and the remaining 18 for social rent at Ashurst Way.

 

Woodlands Farm Phase II, Beaconsfield

The works at Woodlands Farm were for a private client and were carried out with the end user very much at the forefront of our minds. The works comprised of 3 different sections: Conversion of an existing office into residential dwellings, the construction of a new commercial office unit and the construction of 2 new residential units, all surrounding a central courtyard.

External works included landscaping and site wide infrastructure.
