Feltham Properties: Newly Purchased Access House, Strawberry Hill

We have just concluded the purchase of Access House site which forms part of our Strawberry Hill redevelopment partnership following planning success for the site late in 2014.

This will comprise a new 'super-surgery' medical centre, twenty six residential apartments and a pharmacy. We expect to commence works on the surgery end in April 15 and the residential side in May 15.

We are delighted that Sutton Griffin Architects are designing all three components for us as it keeps it local partially as their Newbury offices are across the street from us.

This site is going to be great for Newbury as it will reduce the immense pressure that our doctors are currently under due to patient growth and it will bring much needed housing to the town.

We expect all elements to be operational in mid-2016.
