A year in lockdown
Today we are reflecting on working through the pandemic.
Our thoughts are with the courageous NHS staff, COVID Victims and their families.
Everyone is encouraged to take to their doorsteps at 8pm, as part of the national day of reflection, with candles, phones or torches.
We can now see the light at the end of the tunnel.
For now stay safe and stay at home 👏

International Womens Day

International Women’s Day

Feltham Construction is proud to be supporting International Women’s Day today. The theme this year is ‘women in leadership’ and the day is designed to show strength, unite and motivate friends, work colleagues and communities to think and act gender inclusive.

Women in Construction

It has been discovered that women make up around 10% of the UK construction industry, today we celebrate the women employed within this trade and encourage women to explore this industry in regards to their aspirations and careers.

Women working in construction is on the increase. 37% of new entrants into the industry that came from higher education are women, proving that this industry quickly becoming one for the girls as well, which is great news! Currently in construction, around 1in 8 of the workforce is female and is steadily on the rise.

Just to say how delighted we are with the new building it is everything we wanted and more.

It has been great working with you and we have frequently said amongst ourselves and at the Project Board what a good choice we made appointing you to be the Main Contractor . All your staff, especially Steve, have been a credit to your company.

But seriously it has been a pleasure working with you and I look forward to the new theatre as soon as possible when I really hope we can continue our partnership.
