Beechwood Grove is an extra care scheme based in Caversham, Reading. Built in 2018, it offers a selection of 43 apartments, of which there are 16 one-bed apartments available for rent.

Works at Holder House have now been completed, this project involved the construction of a 2 storey extension to house 14 bed sits for supported living accommodation, as well as refurbishment of the existing buildings. The project was completed with associated ancillary facilities and drainage works.

The works comprise of the refurbishment of the Schools Dining Halls, Kitchens and Serveries. Further works include re-wiring, adaptions to the plumbing, heating and ventilation systems. Internal works involve new flooring, wall tiling and decorative ceiling panels, as well as  new internal and external doors, refurbed toilet areas, new serveries and dining room furniture. Works at CTC Frimley comprised of the construction of a new 2 storey, 530m2 building to provide teaching, dining and training facilities for the South East Reserve Forces.

The scope also included alteration and refurbishment works to a grade ll listed building to deliver a disabled bedroom as well as laundry facilities, lockers, WC’s and secure rooms.

Landscaping and external works were also included.

The development comprises of 43 new homes.

Spelthorne 2 works are now complete, the project comprised of the construction of new dwellings over 2 Garage sites.

Churchill Way

Works comprised of the demolition of the existing garage sites and the erection of a 2 storey building to house 2no. dwellings.

Kenyngton Drive

The Kenynton Drive site consisted of a single detached unit and 2 semi detached dwellings.

We are delighted to be awarded the project for the construction of a new Boarding House at St Edwards School, Oxford.

Having previously completed Jubilee House (2013) and the Ogston Music School (2016) we look forward to working at St Edward’s again to create Cooper Lodge.

Feltham Construction have been awarded the design and construction of a new residential housing scheme consisting of 16 flats and 8 houses with associated external services in Wallingford.

We are delighted to have successfully delivered works at St Hilda’s College, Oxford, this project was part of an ongoing scheme to provide improved facilities for the pupils attending the College.
