New 60 bed Sheltered Accommodation Scheme, Porchester

Feltham is pleased to be working with Fareham Borough Council to deliver this 60-bed sheltered accommodation scheme in the centre of Portchester.

Assheton Court will provide quality sheltered accommodation to house the ageing population within the Fareham Borough. Each unit will have access to a private balcony and communal amenities via garden areas and rooftop terraces, with a large internal communal lounge and kitchen areas positioned on the ground floor with connections to outside space.
