Carnival Place is a development of 55 apartments for Wokingham Borough Council that is scheduled for completion in November 2025 and completes the overall Town Centre redevelopment. Feltham became involved in the Project following the substantial completion of the main structure and prior to any internal works or external hard and soft landscaping taking place after the previous Contractor went into administration.
The apartments are all designed to deliver high energy efficiency in excess of that required by Building Regulations and extensive landscaping in harmony with the existing adjacent sports and leisure facilities.
