This project involved the comprehensive refurbishment of the Grade II* listed St Andrew’s Church, located within the churchyard adjacent to Bradfield College.

The scope of works included a full roof replacement, extensive internal and external fabric repairs, and the complete restoration of the historic building.

As part of the refurbishment, new mezzanine floors were introduced alongside large internal glazed screens, enabling sensitive subdivision of the church interior.

These interventions created versatile spaces that now accommodate a library, learning areas, breakout zones, and a refreshment area, transforming the church into a flexible, multi-functional community and educational facility while preserving its historic character.
