Court Place Gardens involved the redevelopment of outdated 1970s housing into a vibrant, sustainable residential community, comprising 71 two and three bedroom homes designed for postgraduate living. Commissioned by Legal & General in partnership with the University of Oxford, the scheme is thoughtfully arranged around landscaped courtyards to foster a sense of community and wellbeing.
Sustainability and occupant comfort were central to the design. All homes are built to Passivhaus principles, ensuring exceptional energy efficiency and low environmental impact. The development features renewable technologies including solar panels and air source heat pumps, contributing to a low-carbon, future-proof living environment.
