Feltham completed a 72-bed care home for the Care Concern Group in June 2024, marking our third project together and cementing a strong ongoing relationship.
The home provides 72 en-suite bedrooms alongside shared lounges, dining areas, landscaped gardens, and specialist facilities designed to support elderly residents and those requiring nursing or dementia care.
Delivered to programme and built to the highest standards, the project reflects Feltham’s expertise in creating specialist residential environments that balance technical quality with comfort and wellbeing.
