This project involved the internal fit-out of an existing farm building – originally a cow shed – transforming it into a fully operational brewery facility.
Following the installation of external cladding and a new concrete floor, the space was prepared to accommodate 15 stainless steel vats, each 20 metres high, along with all associated equipment required for the beer brewing process.
The scheme also included the creation of a large office, cellar, and kitchen area, alongside a spacious public-use area featuring floor-to-ceiling glazing and high-quality cut oak flooring.
A key feature of the fit-out was a double-level mezzanine structure, providing first-floor office space and an additional viewing platform, offering visitors a unique perspective over the brewing operations.
