David Yates

Group Chairman

David joined Feltham in 1988 as an assistant quantity surveyor and over the last 37 years has assisted in guiding and managing the company to its current position. He is Group Chairman and

manages pre-construction and finance. As an advocate for the collaborative approach, he is still passionate about the company, its staff, and the work it produces and enjoys making sure new clients are added to the repeat client list.

His interests include Caterham motor racing and skiing.

Andy Brown MCIOB

Group Managing Director

As Managing Director of Feltham Construction for the last 15 years and Member of the Chartered Institute of Building for 30 years, Andy has used his extensive knowledge and experience to drive growth and efficiency within the business. Whilst at the same time, engendering a team mentality within the business, that blends seamlessly with the company’s client first approach.

Andy’s passion for the construction industry, is why, after 40 years, he still approaches each day with the same drive and excitement.

He is a keen golfer and is enthusiastic about red wine!

Richard Collins

Commercial Director

Richard worked as a surveyor for a National Contractor in the UK for 5 years before he joined Feltham Construction in 1999.

He has seen the Company grow from strength to strength and after many roles and overseeing the commercial aspects of the Main Projects Division he was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2009 as Surveying Director.

In his current role as Commercial Director, Richard oversees the Company’s Procurement functions, as well as the integrated Commercial aspects of the company.

Richard enjoys being with his Family and is an avid football fanatic and enjoys watching many matches and playing Football most weeks.

Simon Forbes-George MCIOB

Surveying Director

Simon serves as Special Works Surveying Director, where he is responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of the Special Works Division. His remit spans the full range of Feltham’s workload across multiple sectors. A passionate advocate for strong client and supply chain relationships, Simon is known for his proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery.

Since joining Feltham in 2009, Simon has progressed through a series of roles, demonstrating consistent leadership and commercial acumen. His dedication and contribution to the business were recognised with his appointment to the Board of Directors in 2023.

Chris Herman

Surveying Director

As Main Projects Surveying Director, Chris plays a key role in overseeing the commercial function of Feltham Construction’s Main Projects division, drawing on more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Since joining Feltham in 1997, Chris has been instrumental in helping to shape the company’s commercial delivery, progressing through a series of roles before being appointed to the Board of Directors in 2011.

Outside the office, Chris enjoys cycling, and is an enthusiastic follower of motorcycle sport.

Adam Jervis

Construction Director

Adam’s career began in specification sales, where he focused on providing technical advice and developing a strong understanding of construction products and solutions. He later moved into contracting and spent nine years with Tier 1 contractors, progressing through a variety of management roles, before joining Feltham in 2017 as Contracts Manager in the Special Works division. His leadership and ability to deliver complex projects saw him promoted to Senior Contracts Manager and appointed to the Management Board in 2020. Three years later, in 2023, he joined the Board of Directors, reflecting his proven track record in driving both project success and business growth. As Construction Director, Adam is dedicated to driving operational excellence, building collaborative teams, and ensuring the highest standards across all projects. Beyond work, he enjoys family life, playing guitar, and perfecting his skills as a BBQ enthusiast

Simon Lampard

Construction Director

Simon joined Feltham Construction in October 2000 as Housing Operations Manager, swiftly progressing to the Management Board and then Director in 2011. This role enabled a focus in the growth of the Special Works department from a turnover of around £8m to over £20m,covering all sectors of Felthams workload and reflecting the Company’s overall growth and success in developing  strong  Client relationships.

Simon is a lifelong supporter of Reading  Football Club and is an avid fan of live music.

Max Snoeck MCIOB

Construction Director

Max brings a unique combination of hands-on construction experience and strategic design leadership to Feltham Construction. Beginning his career as a skilled tradesman before moving into site and project management, he developed a deep understanding of how design decisions translate into delivery on site. This practical foundation gives him the ability to bridge the gap between design ambition and construction reality.

Since joining Feltham in 2017, Max has been instrumental in building the company’s Design Management function into a core strength of the business. Appointed Head of Design in 2022 and to the Board of Directors in 2023, he now leads a specialist team that drives innovation, sustainability, and efficiency across every project.
