We are delighted to announced we have been awarded the contract for the 73 Dwellings in Oxford, Feltham Construction are extremely pleased to be working alongside Oxford City Housing on this scheme.
The project is spilt into 3 sections of works:
Section 1 – Cumberledge Close: Works at Cumberledge Close will comprise of the design and construction of nine, three storey houses, together with associated drainage and external works. All houses on this site will be for social rent.
Section 2 – Elsfield Hall: On this site will be the design and construction of 26 residential apartments, in a three storey block, as well as communal areas. All units are to be a mix of social rent, shared ownership and private sales. This scheme also involves the construction of a new site entrance, car parking and security fencing.
Section 3 – Between Towns Road: This site will provide 35 residential apartments, in a five storey block, including communal areas, in additional this scheme also includes the construction on three, three storey houses. All units on site are to be a mix of social rent, shared ownership and private sale. Off site works includes paving and landscaping works to site entrance and footpaths to Between Towns Road.

Today we are looking back at the groundbreaking ceremony and community meeting at our site, Rose Hill in Oxford.
Members of the Feltham Construction team joined Oxford City Housing to celebrate the works commencing on site, as well as attending a community meet.
Since the event works have been progressing on site, at Desborough Crescent drainage diversion works have been completed, as well as the vehicle crossover and car parking bays. The tower crane has been erected on site ready for the next stage of works which includes the excavation and pouring the foundations.
On the Ashhurst Way site, the demolition has been completed, works are currently being carried out to form the new access road and car park.
We are pleased to announce we have been awarded the contract for the new, two storey Science Block at Lord Wandsworth College in Hook.
Feltham Construction are looking forward to working with the College on this project.
The project is due to start on site January 2020.
Feltham Construction are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Oxford Preservation Trust Award 2019, for our work on Dora Carr Close.

Feltham Construction have been awarded their 2nd contract at Charterhouse School, this scheme is to deliver 2 high quality Boarding Houses to accommodate 128 students, for their growing School community.
The Boarding Houses will provide a combination of single, twins and quad room accompanied by en-suite and shared bathroom facilities.
Accommodation for the House Master, Matron and Tutors will also be delivered. as well as ancillary areas, including communal common rooms, fully equipped laundry areas, a matron surgery, plus kit and boot rooms, providing the highest standard of care for the pupils and staff.
All services and external works are included.
The project at Upavon Way, Carterton comprises of 46 dwellings for rented tenure in West Oxfordshire.
The scope also includes the construction of site roads, footpaths, fencing and service connections.
This scheme is being procured on a Design and Build Basis.
Works at Saxon Close in Wallingford, comprises of 8 new dwellings for affordable rent.
The plots consist of 1-bed and 2-bed flats, as well as 2, 3-bed bungalows, the homes will be accompanied by a garden and car parking. Further works include access roads and landscaping.
Located in the picturesque Stonor Valley in South Oxfordshire the New Wine Store was the second building to be constructed to provide storage for the wines as they reach maturity.
This building is part of a larger masterplan for the site which includes the first building which was a new Winery and further plans to add a house for the owners and a hospitality barn.
In addition to the new building, we also carried out extensive refurbishment works to the existing house.
